Technical Management

No more unwelcome surprises.

Nothing spoils a season quite like a broken generator. Our technical team will oversee in-season operations and support you and your crew with emergency repairs and replacements. In the off-season, we leverage our extensive network of suppliers and experts to provide comprehensive technical service for repairs, refits, and routine maintenance of your vessel.

With decades of combined on and off-board experience, our technical team works closely with your Captain, visiting the yacht frequently to ensure it remains technically optimised and continuously maintained. When refit work is required, we help with selecting and monitoring vendors, contractors, and shipyards, ensuring work aligns with your budget and operational requirements.

Our comprehensive Technical Management package includes oversight of onboard operations, refit and repair projects, as well as scheduled routine maintenance. Your captain needs only to ensure that the yacht arrives on time at an agreed-upon location, and we will handle the rest.

This service is designed to work in conjunction with our Inventory Management System.

Inventory Management

Managing spares, repairs, consumables, and other essentials can quickly become a challenge when operating at sea.

Our inventory management system streamlines this process from day one. All relevant items are tagged with QR codes that can be scanned using a smartphone, giving both you and your crew instant visibility into stock levels, consumption patterns, and usage history. Through our central database, parts can be monitored in real time and re-ordered seamlessly via our logistics partners throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

The database provides information on:

  • Part number and description

  • Manuals

  • Related parts

  • Current pricing information

  • Spares in reserve

  • Service history (If combined with our technical management solution)

  • Expected service life

The initial setup requires approximately 7–10 working days following our first onboard visit.

Yacht Accounting

Using a dedicated bank account for each yacht and working from an annual budget agreed with the captain and owner, our team will handle the entire financial management of the yacht’s expenditures. This includes optimization of expenditure and submission of necessary accounting documents to local authorities.

Naturally, you will receive monthly, quarterly and annual reports comparing the actual operating costs to the budget with detailed explanations as appropriate where variances have occurred. Our team will also provide insight on how your expenditure compares to other vessels in our fleet and where changes can be made to optimize the vessel’s operations. Our approach is built around transparency and simplicity for the owner.
